Incorporated in Hong Kong in 1990, Commercial, Mediation & Arbitration Services Ltd (CMA) is specifically devoted to assisting in the avoidance and resolution of disputes in the construction industry.

CMA was formed to meet the growing demand in the industry for methods of avoiding and resolving disputes; methods which are less time consuming than traditional dispute resolution procedures, far less costly and preferably non-adversarial in nature.
